For over three decades, Jay’s MetalCrafting has been a cornerstone of metal craftsmanship in Columbus, Ohio. Founded by Jay, a skilled welder with a passion for precision, the business has grown into a trusted provider of custom metalwork.

In 2021, Jay’s son Jason took over the company and has been running it with Eric ever since, bringing fresh ideas and technical expertise to expand the company’s reach and capabilities. We recently had them repair a gate for our community, and they did an excellent job! Their team was professional, responsive, and highly skilled. The repair was completed efficiently, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. Our gate is now as good as new, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We highly recommend them for any welding or metal repair needs!

Did a great job the first time making a Custom Aluminum gate nobody wanted to touch. Came out to my vision. Hire him to do a second job, a Custom iron gate with plexiglass. If you can dream it, he and his partner can make it.

Jay’s MetalCrafting did a beautiful job on replacing the old, rusted railing. They were quick to respond to getting us a quote, explained in detail what was included in the pricing, told us the expected timeline (and nailed that!), and throughout the process communicated with us about how the fabrication and installation was coming along. The final railings are simply beautiful! Better than the original & will last a long time. I highly recommend Jay’s MetalCrafting.

I truly love my pull-up bar that Jason made. It is well crafted. He was definitely on time and was quite thorough. He was very accurate with his measurements. I couldn’t have asked for someone to do a better job. I would highly recommend them.
